Shipping policy

 

I aim to dispatch all orders between 1 and 3 working days unless stated in the product description. If you have ordered custom work, I'll be in touch to discuss the timings.  

UK Customers

All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail unless otherwise stated at checkout.

International Customers

International orders are posted using Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked (recommended) - you can select at checkout. Royal Mail International Standard is an untracked service and please allow up to 17 working days for these items to arrive. 

Please be aware that customs charges and import taxes may occur depending on your location. These charges are payable by the customer.
