Refund policy
I hope you won't need to return my art but I understand things can change and would like to be as flexible as possible. Please remember that I am a one-person team and will reply to your request as soon as possible.
All my art is eligible for returns within 30 days of receiving your item. It needs to be returned in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
You can either exchange for another item of the same value or request a refund. Depending on your bank and original payment method, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account.

If your request is accepted, I'll send instructions on how and where to send your item.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is incorrect or damaged) and I advise returning items via a tracked method as lost returns cannot be refunded.
Non-refundable items:
Bespoke (commissioned) work and sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
